Join us on the river’s edge for an enchanting retreat experience, featuring contrast therapy, meditation, yoga, bootcamps and more. Immerse yourself in nature, rejuvenate and connect with like-minded souls while putting yourself first.

Services on offer:

  • Initial Consultation and Spinal flow Assessment (60 mins)

During the initial consult, my holistic approach considers your entire well-being, not just the symptoms you’re experiencing. We will work together to understand your unique needs, make a plan to enhance your spinal health and overall vitality, then finish with a 30 minute healing session.

In your follow up Spinal Flow Healing session, we will build on the progress made in your previous sessions. Gentle hands and targeted techniques will enhance the flow along your spine, alleviate stressors, soften blockages, and promote deeper ease and relaxation, nurturing your entire being, allowing healing changes to occur.

  • Follow up Spinal Flow Healing Session (30-45mins)

  • Spinal Flow Packages (30-45 mins)

Our bodies are complex systems. Years of stress and imbalance cannot be resolved in a single visit.

Spinal Flow packages can be booked in 6 or 12 sessions. These packages will provide ongoing support and tailored treatments, fostering continuous progress and healing. This ensures lasting benefits and transformation.

  • Contrast Therapy in ‘The Chilly Bin’

Feel rejuvenated as you experience alternating temperatures in ‘The Chilly Bin’.

In a guided group, or alone, the hot temperatures in our Hut Sauna will increase blood flow and relax your muscles, while cold temperatures in the ice bath will reduce inflammation, improve circulation and so much more.

Contrast therapy is no passing trend, but a tried and tested approach over centuries to enhance recovery and boost overall well-being.

  • JB’s Bootcamps to come…

Intense bootcamp training, modelled after army-style discipline, pushes you to your limits physically AND mentally.

Expect rigorous workouts, tough love, and high expectations. But don’t worry! Our supportive community motivates and drives you to achieve your goals, fostering dedication and camaraderie as you push through challenges together.
