Who are we?
Hello! We're Josh and Holly.
I am a proud Mildura local, and Josh is from New Zealand, (my second home).
Our true passions lie in empowering others through health and wellness.
I’ve trialed many avenues of work, but always knew deep down that I was reserving my heart for something special. I discovered Spinal Flow during my own journey of healing from chronic pain. The technique and community resonated deeply with me, and I knew I'd found my calling.
Josh has pushed himself in all areas of fitness and hard work, recently leaving the army and moving to Australia, he is keen to bring his knowledge and determination to the town.
We are proud of our project and are excited to share our journey with you and explore how “The Reset” can support your well-being.
Spinal Flow?
The Spinal Flow Technique offers a unique, non-invasive approach to unlocking your body's natural healing potential.
There is an innate intelligence inside every human body to grow, repair and heal itself. Just as our stomach digests food, our hair grows, and our heart beats naturally, our bodies know how to change and heal by harnessing this innate intelligence.
The spine and nervous system is the pathway through which Life Force Energy flows. Unreleased stress creates a blockage in the spine which prevents the flow of life force energy.
Each gateway of the spine is connected to a distinct nerve supply, therefore if you have blockages in different areas, you can have alternate symptoms in the body.
By releasing tension and blockages in the spinal cord and nervous system, Spinal Flow can help alleviate chronic pain, stress, and anxiety, while promoting relaxation, emotional resilience, and physical healing.
This technique can also improve sleep quality, boost energy levels, and enhance mental clarity.
Whether you're looking to enhance your overall health, manage stress, or simply feel more connected to your body, Spinal Flow invites you to experience the transformative power of gentle, holistic healing.
Originally it was going to be under one umbrella “The Reset”, however we thought it would be nice to have its own unique name.
In New Zealand eskys are known as chilly bins… One night over dinner my cousin was teasing Josh’s accent, and said “Chilly Bin!” We all looked at one another and thought, that would be a cool name… chilly means cold, but chillies are also hot, how perfect for the contrast therapy! If you know me, you know that I love play on words and a good pun. This name is perfect for us.
